Randy Mathews - Senior Pastor
Pastor Randy grew up here and graduated from Morris High School and came to faith in Christ when he was 14. He graduated from Bible College in 2002 with a degree in Pastoral Ministries. Randy has been serving the Lord in ministry for over twenty years and started ClearView in 2004.
Randy is married to Kasi, and they have five children - Matthew, Josh, Lynnlee, Levi, and Tucker. Pastor Randy’s greatest joy in ministry is having a front-row seat to watch Jesus change people’s lives. When he is not working or hanging out with his family, Randy enjoys flying N8750U; he is working on getting IFR certified.

Tammy Ledford -
Financial Secretary, Administrative Assistant
Pastor Steve grew up in Northern Michigan, and trusted Jesus Christ many years ago as a 5th grade boy in his Sunday School Class. He later met and married Tammy in 1981. They were married at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Bear Lake, MI, where they served for many years.
Pastor Steve has worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for over 40 years. He and his family were transferred to Oklahoma in 1992. He then joined Bible Baptist Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Steve, Tammy, and their four children were members there for two decades serving in several different children’s ministries including Sunday School, Junior Church, Patch Club, bus ministry, Vacation Bible School, and summer camp ministry.
Steve and Tammy enjoy spending time with each other and their children and grandchildren. Steve enjoys reaching out and connecting with families, working out, and anything involving sports. Tammy has a servant’s heart and never backs down from a challenge. She serves as the financial secretary as well as administrative assistant at ClearView and can be found helping out wherever needed.
Kevin Gibson - Assistant Pastor
Kevin and his wife Sara were both born and raised here in rural Oklahoma and graduated from Morris High School. They both attended Pensacola Christian College, and after graduation, they were married and continued living in Pensacola, Florida, for the next 12 years.
Kevin was employed in management with Navy Federal Credit Union, and Sara was a teacher at Marcus Pointe Christian School. During these years, the Gibsons served consecutively at three churches, Kevin as the bi-vocational senior pastor and Sara as the pianist. It was also during these years that God blessed them with their two daughters, Abigail and Anna.
In 2016 the Gibson family made the move to come home to Oklahoma. Since moving back home, Pastor Kevin has served as the senior pastor at Liberty Baptist Chapel in Mounds and now ministers at ClearView. His ministry includes preaching, teaching, administration, and managing the communications side of ClearView. Sara homeschools their girls and they all enjoy their life out in the country.
Miles Yarnell - Worship Pastor
Miles grew up in Beggs, Oklahoma, and came to faith in Christ at Falls Creek Camp when he was thirteen years old. After graduating from Beggs High School, he earned a degree in 2013 from the OSUIT High Voltage Lineman Program. Miles has been serving the Lord in ministry since 2013, first as the worship leader at Fairfax Christian Church in Fairfax, OK, for six years and later as a worship assistant at Nuyaka Baptist Church in Okmulgee where he grew up. In 2021 he joined the Clearview staff; Miles leads the worship team, works with the praise band, and plans all worship services.
Miles is married to Emily, and they have three children: Paisley, Nova, and Zaven. Miles’ greatest joy in ministry is participating in God’s transformation of hearts and minds. He has a heart for nurturing young musical talent that can be used for Christ. When he is not working at his job at PSO or planning worship services for Clearview, Miles enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and coaching youth sports.
Jason & Sarah Flud - UpStream Youth Leaders
The Flud’s have both served as Sunday School, youth, children’s, and small group leaders. With four boys, ages 8-16, their family enjoys many outdoor activities such as exploring parks, lakes, and rivers, as well as camping.
The Flud Family is always up for a road trip to Pete’s Place while everyone takes turns with the music playlist on the way there and back. They also enjoy family game nights as often as they can.
Jason and Sarah have a deep love for God and the future generation of our community. They believe strongly in growing and nurturing the relationships of youth with the Lord.
Jay Roberds - Young Adult & Missions/Outreach Pastor
Okmulgee native Jay Roberds grew up in a strong Christian household in Preston, Oklahoma. He was saved and baptized as a young boy. In his early twenties, Jay began teaching students and soon felt the call to vocational ministry. He has been a youth pastor since 2005, as well as an associate pastor since 2019.
Jay and Marlie have worked together in ministry for the past several years, including mission trips, summer camps, VBS, and outreach events. The Lord brought them together in marriage in March of 2022, and soon blessed them with baby Lucas Grey due in March of 2023. When they aren’t serving in ministry, Jay and Marlie like to roller skate, play Mario Kart, eat out, and spend time together and with their dog, Juniper.
